Megan Racing Euro II Coilovers – BMW E30 318i 45mm Front Strut – MR-CDK-E3045

The Megan Racing MR-CDK-E3045 Euro II Coilover Kit is designed specifically for early BMW E30 318i models equipped with the smaller 45mm front strut housing. The system provides adjustable ride height, damping and front camber adjustment for improved suspension response and greater control over vehicle stance and alignment.

Monotube dampers provide consistent damping performance, while 32-way simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment allows the suspension firmness to be fine-tuned. Camber-adjustable pillow-ball front top mounts provide additional front alignment adjustment, while the rear spring height and shock length can be adjusted independently.

Important Fitment & Installation Notes: 45mm front strut housing ONLY. Do not order based on E30 chassis alone — physically measure the front strut housing before purchase. Megan Racing lists the larger 51mm E30 application separately as MR-CDK-E3051. Installation requires reuse of the OEM front spindle assemblies and welding of the front strut components; TIG or MIG welding is specified in exact-part installation documentation. Installation should therefore be performed by a suitably qualified suspension/fabrication workshop. A wheel alignment, final torque inspection and clearance check are required after installation.
