Megan Racing Air Suspension Lowering Link Kit – Audi A8/S8 Air Suspension 2013+ / BMW 7 Series & X7 – MRC-BM-0401

The Megan Racing MRC-BM-0401 lowering link kit is designed for vehicles equipped with factory air suspension and 10 mm ball-cup ride-height sensors. Rather than replacing the factory air suspension system, the adjustable links alter the signal seen by the vehicle’s ride-height sensors, allowing the factory system to settle the vehicle at a lower ride height. Megan Racing supplies several stud lengths so the same physical kit can be configured for multiple confirmed Audi and BMW applications.

For Audi A8/S8 applications, Megan Racing recommends approximately 20 mm front and 19 mm rear lowering from the factory hub-to-fender measurement using the supplied 50 mm and 55 mm studs. The kit includes eight 10 mm ball sockets and 25, 35, 45, 50 and 55 mm steel studs, with treated hardware intended to help resist corrosion.

Important Fitment & Safety Notes: This product is only suitable where the vehicle uses compatible 10 mm ball-cup ride-height sensor links. Incorrect installation or excessive adjustment can damage the lowering links or suspension components. Megan specifically warns that excessively lowering an air-suspension vehicle can cause increased bottoming-out, so the vehicle should not be adjusted beyond a sensible operating range. Professional installation and careful measurement before and after adjustment are recommended.
