Megan Racing Front Lower Forward Control Arms – Audi A4 B8 / A5 8T/8F / S4 & S5 – MRS-AU-1912
Description
Megan Racing MRS-AU-1912 front lower forward control arms replace the factory forward-position lower arms with upgraded assemblies using firmer reinforced rubber bushings. Reducing the amount of bushing flex compared with softer factory components can provide more direct steering response and improved suspension control while retaining more isolation from road noise and vibration than a solid or spherical-bearing design. The arms are supplied as a pair and are direct replacements for the corresponding factory front lower arms.
These are the forward/straight arms within the multi-link front suspension. They are designed to complement MRS-AU-1911, which replaces the rearward/curved front lower arms on the same platform. Megan Racing Japan currently lists both components separately for the A4 B8, A5 8T/8F, S4 B8 and S5 B8 platforms.
Important Installation & Fitment Notes: Megan Racing USA specifically states that installation requires transferring the factory control-arm press-in spacer into the ball-joint mounting hole. Its US listing also specifies November 2009–2014 for the A4 B8/8K, while Megan Racing Japan lists wider chassis-based applications. Because of this regional/application difference, Fuji Euro Parts recommends confirming production date, chassis and existing control-arm/ball-joint configuration before ordering. Professional installation is recommended.
Manufacturer Notice: Suspension components must be correctly installed and all hardware checked and torqued appropriately before use. After replacement of front suspension arms, Fuji Euro Parts recommends a professional wheel alignment and inspection of all related suspension joints and hardware.
